Arranged in two groups: I. Vocal scores (2). II. Promptbooks (3). A collection of vocal scores and promptbooks for Bowers's musical comedy "The red rose," starring Valeska Suratt at the Garrick Theatre in Philadelphia, May 2, 1911. Vocal scores are published by Jerome Remick, New York, but the promptbooks are Tams-Witmark typescripts. They include property plots and handwritten notations throughout.
